It is definitely a little slow for street and portrait though. It’s not as “sharp” as my EF 100 f2.8 L. But honestly most lenses aren’t. It has fantastic image quality, but Canon really did well with the RF 24-105 f4, and most people can't tell the difference between images created with the two.
